If you are waiting for the album “How I Got Over” by The Roots, which was announced to drop this month, we have some bad news for you. Drummer ?uestlove announced that the album got pushed back to 2010.

On Okayplayer he announced that they don’t like the final mix: “Shit has to be right (we mixed it in pro tools and i can’t help wonder what ish would sound like mixed on a neve). So in short: imma hold this baby til its right y’all. I can’t cheat on myself. Sorry!” That’s why the band want to spend more time on realizing the album, which is now pushed back to next year.
