Stream: Indigo Kids – Unknown Kings

Vancouver BC hip hop group Indigo Kids seem to be at least unconsciously aware that they are the modern age’s equivalent of a gem hiding in the back of the record store, thus the aptly titled album Unknown Kings.

Despite being an album that ranges from session tracks with musicians to others entirely constructed in the back-end by producers, the album cohesively bumps from start to end. It doesn’t hurt that the whole project bundles nicely together with the tour de force of emcees Kapok, Axiom and vocalist Francesca Belcourt. But you don’t have to take my word for it…
