Stream: Jai Paul – Jasmine

Who can release only two songs in two years and still captivate and stun the blogosphere?  Jai Paul, that’s who.  Over two years after his indescribably amazing demo track BTSTU burst onto the scene and one year after the refined edit of BTSTU dropped through XL Recordings, a new song is finally here.

Within three days the new track, “Jasmine”, has racked up over 200,000 plays on Soundcloud and damn is it fresh.  I had almost forgotten about Jai Paul, but now for the last few days I’ve been stuck on his Soundcloud page listening to the new track and the old track over and over again.  I think I like BTSTU better still, but the new song is definitely great.  Check out the stream and let’s hope we don’t have to wait another two years for another Jai Paul track.
