Stream: Man Of Booom – Back To The Booom

Man Of Booom are a newly formed trio of emcees JuJu Rogers, Teknical Development (of Obba Supa) and beatmaker Figub Brazlevič who are all about bringing back the sound of the 90s.

The first taste of their style is the fantastic track “Back To The Booom” which is sure to get stuck on repeat. Figub really killed it on this beat, a production that takes you back to the golden age, but  doesn’t even come close to feeling stale or overdone.

Many musicians try to recreate and build on the old vibes of A Tribe Called Quest, Gangstarr, or Pete Rock & CL, and while a lot of it sounds pretty good, this project is one of the dopest in recent memory. A full length 2xLP project will be dropping next month via the good people at Sichtexot Records in Germany.
