Dutch music/art/technology festival STRP (pronounced: Stripe) kicks off tonight and we’re ready for it. The line-up, especially the music section, is crazy! Here’s a playlist for you to “get psyched” for it if you plan to visit the festival, or in case you can’t come: just a playlist for you to enjoy.

We have to warn you though, this playlist is definitely something else compared to our ‘20 Years Of Jazz Hop‘ tape. This time some experimental stuff, trippy visuals, hip hop by Kutmah, a timeless classic by Aphex Twin, soulful house by Motor City Drum Ensemble, Beardyman looping jazz and a Wacky Races edit by The Field. Not only because The Field’s latest minimal release Looping State Of Mind is great, but also because Wacky Races is pure nostalgia.

Enjoy, and see you at STRP! And because we probably traumatized you with the cover of Aphex Twin’s Windowlicker on the main page, scroll down to find out who the real girl on that cover is. You’re welcome.
