News: The Find winner of Dragontape’s app contest
We’re very proud to announce that The Find Magazine is the winner of Dragontape’s very first app contest! Out of several entries the Dragontape crew picked our ’20 Years Of Jazz Hop’ tape as the best one, meaning that within a couple of weeks there will be an official The Find Mag app available for iPhone and iPad.
The concept of our tape was to show our definition of a boombastic jazz style, based on jazz-influenced hip hop from 1991 up to 2011. With one video a year (trust us, there was so much good stuff that we had to leave out a lot of diamonds), ranging from Us3 to Jazz Poets Society and from The Globetroddas to Buckshot LeFonque, we visualized twenty years of jazz-loving and head nodding.
