Ali Shaheed Muhammad (A Tribe Called Quest) has put together a powerful track and video as a response to the recent unrest following the tragic situations of Eric Garner, Michael Brown, and too many others who have been killed by the police in the US. The video uses images from the protests happening around the US, while Ali Shaheed, JaPoet, David Luke, and Merna all take turns to talk about the problems.

“The Eric Garner non-indictment decision left me in shock. Shock turned into tears. Tears turned into this song. Revive the nation. Time for a collective consciousness!” – Ali Shaheed
