Video: Freddie Gibbs & Madlib – Shame

Video: Freddie Gibbs & Madlib – Shame

You can always count on Madlib to bring heat on the production tip, and this latest collab with Freddie Gibbs is nothing new. Sublime soul flips provide a backdrop for gangster flows from Freddie and visuals full of drugs and fly females.

This video is a follow up to the amazing “Thuggin‘” song and video from January. I guess these tracks and videos kind of portray the drugs, violence, and misogyny that many people associate with hip hop (particular of the mainstream variety), but the beats and flows on this one are on a whole different tip. The Shame EP is now available at Stones Throw (MP3 and vinyl).
