Somehow the second we stumbled upon this new album by Stro Elliot (formerly known as Stro The 89th Key), it immediately got us thinking about a sample. Not only because of the obvious beet farm reference, but also because Stro’s beats are as ‘money making’ as the beets on Dwight K. Schrute’s farm. With that said, we’re very psyched about the news that ‘Stro’s Old Beat Farm’ will be released on July 26th. The album contains fourteen ‘instromentals’ produced in between 2004 and last year.
