News: 1773 to release ‘Sound Soulstice’ (+ lead single)

1773 (Wisdom O.N.E., Just J & Moral One) is set to release its first album in 2010, ‘Sound Soulstice’. It’s a follow up after the release ‘Return Of The New’ in 2009. The album will be entirely produced by Australian producer ARKiV.

Preview: 1773 – The Goodness (feat. Othello)

Apart from some instrumental beats, the album contains several guest appearances. Songstress Natalie Oliveri, Othello (of Lightheaded) and Ezekiel38 (of Vertual Vertigo) lend their palettes to the album’s sonic portrait. Above you can check out the lead single featuring Othello. Wisdom O.N.E: “The earthly ‘solstice’ deals with day and night, so we wanted to capture the universality of that concept both lyrically and emotionally.”

Mixtape
Soon 1773 will release a free mixtape, featuring Raashan Ahmad (of Crown City Rockers), MC Sick (of Pseudo Slang), Add-2, Othello and more. Donwill of Tanya Morgan will host the mixtape. Stay tuned on our website for updates about the new album and the mixtape.
