He released several projects this year, but 2010 is going to be another busy year for Damu The Fudgemunk (Y Society). Every month he will release a brand new track as free download: a project called ‘Out Of The Box’.

The majority of releases are instrumental, but the nature of the project is that it could be anything: a remix or a track with vocals are possible as well. You can expect the first edition around mid-January.

Open-minded
JNota of Redefinition Records tells more about the upcoming project: “Each month there will be a new beat, pretty much straight out of the MPC and onto the net.  The title could also lead to other interpretations, such as left field ideas, picking a random record out of a box and making a beat, etc.  For some editions of ‘Out Of The Box’, we may try and connect with like-minds, possibly to extend the project across additional mediums.”

Art
Every month Matty Andres is responsible for the artwork. Last year he did the cover art for The Find Magazine’s Issue Two, a portrait of  Pete Philly and Mr. J Medeiros.
