SHOOK Magazine contributor Keith Pettinger recently shared this amazing collection of hip hop themed skateboard decks by Mike Corbett a.k.a. Maccy.

Keith: “Maccy is a proper hip hop don, with whom I had the pleasure of living with many years back in a (chaotic) share-house in Australia. During this time he opened up a whole new level of music appreciation for me, from digging in the crates for jazz to beat production, to his late night freestyle sessions and history lessons on wax. And whilst his epic t-shirt, tape and toy collections are gold dust in themselves, it’s all about the collectable skateboard decks this time around.”

Check out all decks below featuring the likes of Quasimoto, The Pharcyde, Atmosphere, Public Enemy, DJ Qbert, Wu-Tang Clan, De La Soul, People Under The Stairs and a limited deck by Tokyo-based graphic artist Mark Drew. Full credits to SHOOK for this collection of hip hop skate decks.

Just an ordinary guy always on the hunt for extraordinary music. Not just as the founder of The Find Magazine & Rucksack Records, but also as a freelance music journalist (bylines at Tracklib, Bandcamp, Wax Poetics, DIG Mag, among others) and—above all—out of love for all kinds of good music.
