Today, Freddie Joachim releases Drifting, a beat cassette (LP) limited to a one-time run of 100 copies. He has mastered a balance of instrumental hip hop, jazz and soul throughout the last 10 years: always smooth, but never boring.
Mellow Orange‘s Yusai hopped behind the decks to create this short mix for us. It’s playfully titled ‘Rough Draft Mix’, and that’s exactly what it is: a short and simple one-take recording, giving you a taste of the new beat tape.
