Ghostpoet’s Peanut Butter Jam and Melancholy Jam has steadily remained on repeat since its 2010 release. Rightly so, his 2010 debut and Mercury Nominated album is still one of the most unique sounding hip-hop LPs of recent times. Yet it’s been too long since we’ve heard from our favourite pragmatic grime(ish) rapper.

MSI MUSMID is our first listen to his longly-awaited follow up album Some Say I So I Say Light. He sticks to what he knows; drowsy lyrics about food over a slow and atmospheric beat. If it ain’t broke. Some Say I So I Say Light is due out on the 6th of May.
