DRMKT is a new platform on YouTube & Instagram “where beatmakers are seen as artists.” An admirable mission announced in November by Dutch producer & DRMKT founder LWK.
Before today’s official launch, it took me several weeks to memorize the abbreviation DRMKT. But it all makes sense now: it stands for drum kit. Of course. DRMKT releases videos of beat sets and record podcasts on beat speak such as production techniques, records, and gear.
