The album Cooks On Breaks by French beatmaker H-Man is a funky heavy-hitter composed on the AKAI S950, full of catchy breaks, tasty samples and drums on fire. The album has been mastered by K-Def, and is out now through H-Man’s own imprint, Tentacule Records. It’s the official follow-up to his equally funky debut album Bug’s Boutique, a nod to Beastie Boys’ Paul’s Boutique.
