The Warm Up EP is Blitz The Ambassador‘s prequel to his forthcoming full-length release, Afropolitan Dreams. Blitz sounds as hungry as ever, combining a contemporary hip hop sound with African influences.
The track “Internationally Known” with Ghanaian artist Sarkodie stands out, where Blitz spits with a rapid fire flow to drop knowledge. The first single, “Bisa” featuring emcee Ty and Nigerian-German soul singer Nneka, is another strong track on this EP as Blitz sends out a message to all of us to stop being complacent and to stand up to the corporate entities.
