New Orleans producer Katrah-Quey just released a short but highly impressive EP of dynamic hip hop featuring various emcees such as Toki Wright, Kanser, Noir, Kaizi, and Suzuki Kaioh. The beats are full bodied and incorporate a variety of sonic influences without ever sounding muddled, in fact they sound superb. Each song is attacked with different verbal emcee techniques, rounding out a very tasty 6-track EP.
